User Agreement

1. Parties

This User Agreement (‘Agreement’) is entered into between Ender Güney Music (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) on the one hand and Ender Güney Music (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’) on the other hand under the following terms and conditions.

2. Description

a. ‘Site’: Refers to the Lords of the Sounds website.
b. ‘Content Creator’: Refers to the person who creates or wants to create content through the Site.

3. Licensing

a. If the User wishes to use the music and sound effects offered through the Site, he/she must subscribe to this site.
b. The licensing process takes place when the User follows the steps specified on the Site.

4. Terms of Use

a. The User may use the content offered through the Site only for personal or commercial use.
b. The User may not sell, rent or distribute the contents obtained through the Site to third parties.

5. Copyright

a. All content is the property of the Company and is copyrighted.
b. The User may not resell or share the content obtained through the Site for commercial purposes on another platform without the permission of the Company.
